Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Red Bay, AL. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders while providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and home programs Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in compliance with standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members Maintain flexibility to provide coverage as needed
Qualifications:
Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Alabama SLP license and ASHA certification (or eligibility) Clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach Ability to work independently and adapt to varying schedules
