Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by supporting communication and language development for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working in a supportive school environment near Smiths Station, AL, you'll play an essential role in fostering student growth and success.
What You'll Bring:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license, with current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred Comprehensive understanding of IEP development and implementation Ability to provide both direct and consultative therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders Excellent collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
