Qualifications:
Active SLP license (Alabama or eligibility for licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Demonstrated experience with pediatric and K-12 populations preferred Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary collaboration Strong communication, organizational, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students across multiple school sites Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Travel between assigned schools as a district
