Pediatric Speech Therapist in Bryant, AR Soliant - 3.9 Bryant, AR Job Details Full-time $40 - $50 an hour 12 days ago Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a dynamic full-time contract position near Bryant, AR, dedicated to supporting students' communication and language development in an educational setting. This opportunity welcomes both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY), offering mentorship for those beginning their careers. Work alongside a collaborative team, making a difference through both in-person and teletherapy services, focusing on pediatric populations.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong support provided for Clinical Fellows. Experience or strong interest working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings. Proficiency or willingness to learn teletherapy platforms for remote services. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Your Impactful Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders. Deliver therapy services both on-site and through virtual platforms. Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress. Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district and professional guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reviews. Provide education and support to staff and caregivers regarding strategies for communication development. Perks for
