Position Overview We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and skilled Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists to join our growing TEAM! Aquatic Therapy Our specialized programs use the therapeutic benefits of water to help children achieve developmental milestones, build strength, and improve mobility in a fun, engaging environment! Collaborative Multidisciplinary Environment Work alongside an exceptional network of therapists, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, as well as Board Certified Behavior Analysts from Children's ABA TEAM and The Grace School ensuring you can tap into expertise across mental health and ABA whenever needed to best support each child. Intentional Mentorship All new team members are paired with an onsite mentor who meets with them weekly to provide clinical guidance, answer questions, share resources, and help them grow with confidence from day one! Opportunities for Professional Growth TEAM actively supports advanced training and certification opportunities for team members! TEAM has several specialized clinical teams including: Certified Academic Language Therapists (CALT) Behavior Intervention Leader Team (BILT) Feeding Team AAC Team Bilingual Supports Orthotics PT Intensives Constraint Camp TEAM Works (non-profit organization serving locally and internationally) Journal Club Early Intervention Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients. Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs. Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care using EMR systems. Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development. Stay updated on best practices and advancements in pediatric therapy.
Qualifications Occupational Therapist:
Current Arkansas OT license (or eligibility)
Physical Therapist:
Current Arkansas PT license (or eligibility)
Speech-Language Pathologist:
Current Arkansas SLP license and
ASHA CCC
(or CFY eligibility) Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply! Strong communication skills and a passion for serving children and families.
