Weekly productivity bonus opportunities Monthly Inter/intradisciplinary learning A positive, team-oriented work environment Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) pediatric speech therapist (SLP or CF) who enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and is motivated to continue learning and growing. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including Spanish-speaking families, and to play a key role in improving access to high-quality, culturally responsive care in our community. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow, you'll be supported by a team of speech therapists who mentor, collaborate, and share knowledge openly. Our team currently includes two bilingual SLPs enjoy supporting other bilingual therapists. We want you to feel confident, supported, and set up for long-term success. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations in both English and Spanish, including speech, language, articulation, and feeding/oral motor skills Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based interventions to support communication and functional outcomes Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members Provide caregiver education and home strategies in a way that is culturally and linguistically appropriate Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Master's degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology Arkansas ST license (or eligibility) Fluency in Spanish and English (required) Experience or interest in working with bilingual populations Strong communication and collaboration skills A growth mindset and willingness to learn Commitment to family-centered, culturally responsive care Why Kindred?
