Job Description

We are seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in the early childhood program of the Little Rock School District serving children ages 3-5 in the Little Rock, AR area. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with young learners and providing services across community-based preschool and daycare settings.
Pay:
$55-60/hour 1099 contract (based on experience)
Position Details:
School-based early childhood program (August-May with potential summer testing) Ages served: 3-5 years Travel between local preschool/daycare sites Consistent weekly schedule (35 hours/week) Direct and indirect time paid at the same rate

Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations Provide individualized and small-group therapy Develop IEP goals and track progress Collaborate with teachers and caregivers Maintain documentation
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Arkansas license (or eligibility) Comfort working with preschool-aged children Reliable transportation for local travel
