Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a thriving school community near Little Rock, AR. This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for passionate SLPs at any stage of their career, including Clinical Fellows (CFs), who are eager to contribute to pediatric development and collaborate with dedicated educational teams. Whether your strengths are in direct, in-person instruction or utilizing teletherapy platforms, your experience in both traditional and virtual environments will be highly valued.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) Background in pediatric, school-based, and/or teletherapy services Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to design individualized plans and integrate with multidisciplinary teams
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school guidelines Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities to deliver services Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to student case management As a valued provider in this supportive environment, you'll be offered a competitive hourly compensation ranging from $40 to $50, with the flexibility and security of a full-time contract.
