Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Take your Speech Language Pathology expertise to the next level with this full-time contract opportunity supporting students in a dynamic educational setting near Maumelle and Bryant, AR. This position welcomes both experienced SLPs and strong Clinical Fellows, offering the chance to work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates are versatile professionals familiar with both in-person and teletherapy models. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on pediatric populations, helping students find their voices and reach crucial milestones.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Arkansas SLP state licensure (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) welcome, but strong CFYs considered Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and best practices Compassionate communication and effective teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students (in-person and/or remote) Maintain clear documentation and progress reports for compliance Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities Foster a positive and supportive environment for students' growth
