Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact every day working with students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a full-time contract position near North Little Rock and Bryant, AR. If you thrive in a collaborative, innovative educational environment and are passionate about helping children achieve their communication goals, this opportunity is perfect for you. This position welcomes both seasoned SLPs with their CCCs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) looking to launch their careers in school-based therapy. What you'll bring to the table:
  • Current SLP licensure in Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but open to CF candidates
  • Experience in a school-based or pediatric healthcare setting is a plus
  • Familiarity with teletherapy services a bonus
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds
  • Collaborative approach to working with teachers, families, and educational teams Your key responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a school caseload
  • Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation of all services provided
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child's needs are met
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
