Hours can be expanded on for earlier/later start times. Clients are in home health & clinic. About Our Clinic Four Peaks Therapy offers a bright, modern space featuring: A large sensory gym with swings, climbing equipment, and a calming corner Multiple private therapy rooms for focused sessions A secluded staff break room for relaxation between sessions A therapy kitchen to support daily living and feeding goals Welcome bag with supplies to get started Our location is uniquely positioned to make a difference! Competitive pay with the opportunity for increased rates if traveling to underserved cities for home visits. Pay varies based on treating location and zip code.

Current Fingerprint Clearance Card First Aid / CPR certification Article 9 certificate Negative TB test (within the past 6 months), reimbursable on 1st paycheck Professional liability insurance Notarized criminal history affidavit Background Check 3 letters of references - form will be provided by Four Peaks Therapy for completion •SLPA requires
