Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A unique opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support a small school district in Benson, AZ. This contract position offers the chance to work across multiple buildings serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade, providing vital speech and language services throughout the academic year.

Responsibilities:
Administer speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication needs. Provide direct therapy and support to students across various grade levels, ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of services while complying with school and district policies. Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to enhance student outcomes.
Qualifications:
Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Experience working in school settings, preferably across multiple grade levels Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff This position is ideal for a compassionate and adaptable SLP eager to make a meaningful impact within a supportive educational environment.
