Job Description

Empower K-8 students to find their voice and reach their full potential! Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in the Casa Grande, AZ area for the 2026-2027 school year. Support a diverse K-8 student population in a role that values your expertise and your time-featuring a consistent 4-day work week that allows you to truly recharge while helping students thrive.
Position Overview:
Provide speech and language support to a K-8 student population, conducting assessments and implementing individualized treatment plans. Partner with teachers and parents during pre-service days and throughout the academic year to support student success. Manage a diverse caseload and maintain accurate student records in accordance with state and school district standards.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Arizona State Board of Speech-Language Pathology License Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Prior experience working with K-8 students in an educational setting Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
Top Compensation:
Earn $59.50 - $64.00 Per Hour , based on your experience and qualifications as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
