Desired Skills and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license for Arizona (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY applicants encouraged Pediatric experience or a desire to work with children in school environments Knowledge of IEPs, assessment tools, and therapy techniques for diverse needs Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students within K-12 settings Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support student success Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop IEP goals tailored to individual needs Maintain accurate records and compliance with all state and federal guidelines Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment for children of all backgrounds
