2026-2027 School Year Role Overview We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year to support a specialized program specifically designed for students with Autism . Located in the Clovis, NM area, this role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about neurodiversity and want to make a lasting impact within a focused, K-8th grade educational setting.Position Details Total Openings:

Approximately 50 studentsTerm:
Full 2026-2027 Academic Year Key Responsibilities Provide specialized speech and language therapy tailored to students on the Autism spectrum. Develop and implement individualized goals focusing on functional communication, social pragmatics, and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) where applicable. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and contribute to the IEP process within a multidisciplinary team. Collaborate closely with special education teachers, behavior specialists, and families to ensure a cohesive support system. Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the unique sensory and communication profiles of each student.Requirements Licensure:
Must hold an active New Mexico (NM) State SLP License .Expertise:
Strong understanding of Autism spectrum disorders and evidence-based communication interventions.Clinical Skills:
Ability to manage a caseload of ~50 students independently while maintaining high standards of care.Communication:
Excellent collaborative skills for working within a specialized program environment.
