Home Health - Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (1099 Contactor)

As we continue to expand into the Goodyear area , we're looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Home Health team as a 1099 Independent Contractor . What You'll Do:

Provide evaluations and treatment in home and community-based settings throughout Goodyear and surrounding areas Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Adjust plans of care based on progress and clinical judgment Educate and partner with families and caregivers Complete timely, concise documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Arizona SLP license (or ability to obtain) Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel within Goodyear and nearby communities Experience with pediatric populations (0-30 years preferred) Feeding therapy experience or interest preferred AAC experience a plus Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

This role includes working in home and community settings and may involve standing, lifting, kneeling, and working with clients with a range of developmental, physical, and behavioral needs.
