Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Valley-Wide (1099 Contractor)

We are looking for passionate, Arizona-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists who want the clinical freedom of a contractor role backed by the reputation and client-base of a premier local provider. Competitive Contractor Compensation We value your expertise and offer a transparent, premium pay structure:Direct Therapy:
$75.00 / hourEvaluations:
$120.00 / hourSLPA Supervision:

Earn additional income by mentoring the next generation of SLPAs.Responsibilities Assess & Evaluate:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency.Tailored Therapy:
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children (Birth to 21).Collaborate:
Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress carries over into the home.Mentor:
Provide high-quality supervision to SLPAs, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance.Documentation:
Maintain accurate, timely session notes and evaluation reports via our streamlined systems.Qualifications Education:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Licensure:
Current Arizona SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).Experience:
Previous experience in pediatric home health or clinic settings preferred.Mobility:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home-based services.Mindset:
