Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time, fully on-site Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Patagonia, AZ. This role focuses on providing speech therapy services to elementary-aged students within a school setting. A diverse caseload centered on pediatric speech and language disorders offers an engaging opportunity to support young learners in their communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized speech therapy services to elementary students with a variety of speech and language needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans Conduct evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Participate in school meetings and provide consultative support as needed Maintain professional licensure and certifications relevant to the roleQualifications:
Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license State teaching certificate appropriate for speech-language services in schools State fingerprint clearance card Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in school or healthcare settings Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus, though this position is fully on-site Eligibility to work in Arizona This contract position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $45 to $50, commensurate with experience and specialty. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, and reimbursement options for licensing and certification fees. Weekly direct deposit ensures timely payment. Candidates eligible for travel status may receive stipends for housing and meals.
