Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Peoria, AZ. These contract positions involve working within school settings, supporting students from PreK through 8th grade, with opportunities focused on PreK-only, K-6, or K-8 age groups. The roles are ideal for SLPs who hold certifications such as
SLP CCC, SLP
CFY, or School-based SLP credentials.
Location:
Peoria, Arizona School-based settings
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy to a caseload of approximately 50 students Develop individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state requirements Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification (SLP
CCC, SLP
CFY, or School-based SLP credential) Experience working with school-aged children, preferably PreK through 8th grade Ability to manage a caseload of around 50 students effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with school staff and families Knowledge of current speech and language assessment and intervention methods
