Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types Step into a rewarding role supporting K-8th grade students in a specialized program tailored for learners with Autism. This full-time opportunity (40 hours per week) for the 2026-2027 school year lets you make a meaningful impact as you help shape communication and social outcomes. You'll work with a dynamic, collaborative team in an innovative school environment near Phoenix, AZ, managing a caseload of approximately 50 students. Ideal candidates bring expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology across educational and healthcare settings. Whether you're seasoned in schools or healthcare, have your CCCs, are completing your CFY, or have teletherapy experience, your background is valued here. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience in pediatric settings, preferably with school-aged children Demonstrated success with teletherapy and/or in-person interventions Specialized knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders and experience with augmentative or alternative communication Strong collaboration skills with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a diverse caseload Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans focused on student-centered outcomes Collaborate and consult with multidisciplinary staff, caregivers, and outside professionals Deliver services in classroom, small group, one-on-one, and teletherapy environments Monitor progress and maintain thorough documentation Support IEP development and participate in meetings as a core team member Be at the heart of innovative education, working alongside dedicated professionals and changing lives every day.
