Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for improving communication and swallowing functions, with a strong foundation in speech therapy techniques and patient care. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals across various age groups, with a particular focus on pediatrics and early intervention. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for patients by developing personalized therapy plans and fostering a supportive therapeutic environment. We have opportunities working at a Rehab Hospital and SNF Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, with an emphasis on pediatric and early intervention cases. Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions to improve communication skills and swallowing safety. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care strategies. Requirements Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist from an accredited professional body. Proven experience working in school settings or pediatric environments is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy related to speech, voice production, and swallowing functions. Experience conducting patient assessments and designing effective therapy programs for diverse populations. Familiarity with medical terminology pertinent to speech-language pathology and early intervention services. #IND2

$52.00 - $55.00 per hour
