Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible to obtain ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or those pursuing Clinical Fellowship (CFY) Skills in pediatric speech and language diagnostics and therapy Background in AAC and willingness to collaborate with AAC specialists is a plus Experience or strong interest in working within school-based settings
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in PreK-12 students Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual student goals Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Provide documentation, IEP goal development, and progress monitoring Engage in professional growth with mentoring from experienced therapists You'll work with a collaborative special education team that celebrates achievements and supports your growth.
