Job Description

Overview ABC Speech Partners is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide early intervention and preschool-based services to children from birth through age five. This contract position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young children's communication development in natural environments, including homes, preschools, and community settings. The ideal candidate is passionate about family-centered care, collaboration with caregivers and educators, and supporting children with a variety of communication needs. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs in young children. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique strengths and challenges. Provide speech and language therapy services in home and preschool environments. Collaborate closely with families, teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure consistent support across environments. Coach teachers, parents, and caregivers on strategies to support communication development throughout daily routines. Monitor progress regularly, adjusting therapy techniques as needed to maximize outcomes. Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and reports. Participate in team meetings and consultations as needed. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with applicable state, federal, and professional standards. Experience Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Arizona state Speech-Language Pathology license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship candidate eligible for supervision. Preferred experience in early intervention and/or preschool special education settings. Knowledge of early childhood development milestones and best practices for supporting speech-language acquisition in young learners. Proven expertise in pediatric speech therapy, including familiarity with common speech and language disorders affecting young children. Experience conducting patient assessments and developing targeted intervention strategies for early intervention programs. Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams while demonstrating patience and empathy.
