PM Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Tuba City, AZ.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations and treatments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient needs
  • Provide therapy services for developmental, cognitive, emotional, and physical disabilities
  • Conduct specialty evaluations and treatments including: Videofluoroscopy (VFSS) / Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS) Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) Cognitive therapy Voice therapy Pediatric speech/language therapy Pediatric feeding evaluations
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment plans and home programs
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and rehabilitation teams
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Current unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license required (AZ or any U.S. state/territory)
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of SLP experience required
  • Must be eligible for medical staff credentialing
