About Us We are a private pediatric therapy clinic committed to providing compassionate, individualized care for children and families. Our practice is rooted in a neurodiversity-affirming approach, celebrating and respecting the unique strengths and needs of every child. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working with children of all abilities; demonstrates knowledge of or interest in neurodiversity-affirming practices; and values evidence-based, play-centered interventions. Preference given to clinicians with experience in feeding therapy, gestalt language processing (GLP), and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations, including standardized assessments, clinical observations, and family interviews. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support a child's communication, feeding, social-emotional, and play-based participation. Provide feeding therapy services and collaborate with families on responsive/child-led feeding strategies (as applicable to training). Support children using AAC systems; assist in selection, implementation, and caregiver education. Incorporate gestalt language processing knowledge and child-led communication practices into intervention. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote generalization of skills across environments. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and neurodiversity-affirming approaches. Contribute to a positive, inclusive clinic culture. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist. 2 years of pediatric experience preferred
  • strong CF candidate considered Experience with feeding therapy, gestalt language processing, and/or AAC preferred. Experience working with children with neurodevelopmental differences preferred. Must have or be able to obtain

Very flexible! Able to choose your schedule based on the following:
