Job Description

Category Schools - SLP - CFY Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students by supporting their growth and communication as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY). This rewarding opportunity provides hands-on experience within a school-based setting, allowing you to develop your professional skills while working with a variety of student populations. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Experience with school-aged children preferred Comfortable working with diverse caseloads, including mild to moderate and moderate/severe student needs Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Willingness to work in multiple educational settings, including Specialized Healthcare, SDC (Moderate/Severe), and general education contexts
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students as mandated by IEPs Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop effective treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Adapt interventions to a variety of educational environments, including mild to moderate and specialized classrooms Benefit from a contract position near Anaheim, CA, allowing you to gain valuable experience as an SLP-CFY.
