Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) Experience in school-based settings preferred Passion for working with elementary-aged students with mild to moderate needs New graduates and Clinical Fellows welcome (supervision provided!)
Responsibilities:
Direct onsite assessment and intervention for elementary students Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students across two campuses Develop and implement individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and district policies
