Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available in Auburn, CA for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in school settings. This role involves providing essential speech and language services within an educational environment.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on targeted goals Administering therapy sessions designed to improve communication skills Closely monitoring and documenting student progress Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to care Engaging with families to educate and involve them in the therapy process
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in the respective state This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic school community, providing vital support to young learners.
