Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an impactful role supporting PreK students through dedicated speech-language services in a dynamic school setting near Azusa, CA. This contract position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to children's development, utilizing your clinical and educational expertise to close communication gaps and foster academic success.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (CCC or CFY) Experience or strong interest in working within pediatric and PreK populations Comfort with school-based environments and caseload management Proficiency in teletherapy and on-site service delivery Solid understanding of assessment, intervention, and IEP processes Ability to build rapport with young learners, families, and school teamsYour Role:
Provide comprehensive speech-language services to a dedicated PreK caseload Conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress Deliver both teletherapy and in-person sessions, adapting techniques to each student's needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations for student successWhat You'll Enjoy:
