School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Clinical Fellow (CFY) A supportive school district in Bakersfield, CA is now looking to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) for a full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year . This is an excellent opportunity to complete your Clinical Fellowship Year in a structured, supportive school setting while working with an elementary, mild/mod caseload in a collaborative environment. $50-55+/hr (based on experience)Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP (CFY mentor) Deliver evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for elementary students Manage a speech-only, mild/mod caseload with case management responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and eligibility decisions Maintain documentation and progress reporting using theSIRAS IEP
system Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student outcomes Provide direct services in a school-based setting across assigned caseloadExperience:
Clinical Fellows (CFY candidates) strongly encouraged to apply School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required Structured CFY supervision and mentorship providedEducation/Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Eligible for California SLP licensure CFY eligible through ASHA (Clinical Fellowship Year track)ProCare Benefits:
