Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Embark on an exciting opportunity supporting elementary students' communication needs throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, contract-based position is designed for a Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives in a collaborative and student-centered school environment. With a mild to moderate caseload composed of speech-only elementary students, you'll make a significant impact on young learners' development. Your expertise in using the
SIRAS IEP
system will greatly benefit the team as you manage cases and contribute to individualized education planning. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about fostering growth and inclusion and who find fulfillment in seeing their students make progress. Additionally, you'll have the rewarding chance to support Clinical Fellows (CFY), providing mentorship and guidance during their critical first year.Qualifications and Desired Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences CA SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility Experience withSIRAS IEP
management system highly preferred Previous work in a school setting with mild/moderate speech caseloads a plus Strong communication, organizational, and case management abilities Supportive attitude for CFYs and a collaborative approach with colleaguesYour Role:
