This contract position is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives in a school setting and is passionate about empowering students to succeed. What you bring to the role: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Preferred experience with the IEP process within schools Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem solving Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality speech and language services to students in need Conducting assessments and interpreting results to guide intervention plans Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintaining up-to-date records and progress reports in compliance with school standards Consulting with educators and parents to maximize student progress Providing both direct and indirect services as required Participating in meetings and professional development as needed Enjoy the flexibility and support that comes with a contract position, while earning between $55 and $75 an hour based on your experience and qualifications.
