Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract position offers 33.75 hours per week, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, student-centered environment. Qualifications and Experience:
Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Background in school-based or pediatric speech therapy required Experience working with deaf/hard of hearing students and/or American Sign Language (ASL) proficiency strongly preferred Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Enthusiasm for developing creative, functional therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy sessions to a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and track student progress Collaborate with educators and related service providers to promote communication access throughout the school day Provide consultative support and recommendations to staff and parents Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that celebrates each student's unique abilities You'll find inspiration daily as you empower students to communicate effectively and confidently.
