Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Inclusive Education Support Provider (2026/2027 School Year) A forward-thinking school district in the Concord, CA area is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This role offers the chance to work in an engaging educational environment focused on helping students strengthen communication skills that support both academic and social success. Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with a variety of communication needs Design therapy strategies and individualized goals aligned with educational plans Provide direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions Support students with articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication skills Partner with educators and families to encourage carryover of therapy strategies in the classroom and home environments Maintain detailed records, service logs, and progress reports in accordance with district guidelines Attend IEP meetings and assist with student eligibility and service recommendations
Experience:
Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational skills highly valued Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome to apply
Education:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active California Speech Language Pathologist License required

37.5 hours per week following the academic calendar
