Job Description

Category Therapy - Skilled - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract role providing Speech-Language Pathology services to preschool-aged children for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for a passionate SLP who enjoys making a difference in early childhood education and is eager to work in a dynamic, culturally rich school community. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical expertise and have a background supporting pediatric and school-based populations. Being bilingual in Spanish is essential to effectively communicate and collaborate with students and families. Whether you are a seasoned SLP-CCC or a Clinical Fellow, you will thrive as you help young learners reach developmental milestones in an engaging and supportive environment.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid California SLP license (or eligible by start date) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellows welcome Experience with early childhood/preschool caseloads Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric speech-language disorders Skilled in school-based therapy practices and IEP development Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to provide high-quality bilingual services Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy to preschool-aged students Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams Develop therapeutic materials and activities tailored to bilingual learners Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school standards Foster an inclusive, supportive therapy space that encourages growth and progress If you're committed to facilitating meaningful progress in young children and value building relationships with multicultural families, this in-person role offers the chance to truly impact early academic success.
