Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) seeking a contract position in a school setting. Based in Daly City, CA, this role involves providing critical speech and language support to a diverse student population.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering speech-language services to approximately 30 students Case managing around 9 students to coordinate and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication development Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services The position follows the 2026-2027 school calendar, tentatively from August 24, 2026, through June 4, 2027. The work schedule consists of 3 to 3.5 days per week, allowing work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in students' lives.
Qualifications and experience:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Proven experience working in school settings with children requiring speech and language services Strong case management skills and ability to support IEP development and compliance Excellent communication and collaboration abilities This contract position offers the chance to contribute expertise in speech-language pathology within a supportive educational environment, helping students unlock their potential.
