Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working on-site serving student populations across the San Francisco area. What you'll need to succeed: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (DCA, State of California) California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in SLP Services Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be considered (supervision provided for building-based roles) Experience or readiness to work with school-aged children from early childhood to transition-aged students Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Fluency in additional languages highly valued Your key responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and state/federal guidelines Assess, diagnose, and support speech, language, and communication challenges Develop intervention plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, support staff, and families Maintain accurate student records, progress notes, and required documentation Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellows as assigned, aligned with school requirements Engage proactively with diverse student populations and adapt to varying campus environments as needed As part of this engaging, traveler-welcoming opportunity, you'll contribute your expertise to enrich student outcomes, build relationships across the district, and grow your clinical skills in one of the most dynamic education communities in the country.
