$53•58/hour (Experience required) About Us Victoria Post Acute Care is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility located in El Cajon, California, dedicated to providing high quality care through compassion, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Our team supports residents across long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and memory care services throughout the East County community. We are currently seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist with skilled nursing or healthcare experience who is clinically strong, patient focused, and passionate about improving patient outcomes. Position Summary As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a key role in evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions in a collaborative care environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining a high standard of care in a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on communication and swallowing needs Provide speech, language, cognitive, and dysphagia therapy services Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient progress Educate patients and families on therapy goals and care plans Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards Qualifications Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California required Experience required Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and patient care skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient focused Ready to Join Our Team?Click or reach out directly:
