With full-time hours and a manageable caseload structure—typically covering two schools per SLP—every day brings fresh opportunities to make a meaningful impact. Qualifications:
Active California SLP License and/or CTC credentials SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLP-School experience highly desired Previous exposure to school-based caseloads preferred Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver targeted interventions Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success Maintain documentation and data tracking to monitor progress and compliance Adapt therapy techniques to meet the individual needs of diverse student populations What's in Store for
