A Place to Learn, Lead, and Grow Thank you for your interest in becoming part of Eureka City Schools (ECS)—a district where every learner, every day is engaged, empowered, and future-ready. We are at an exciting crossroads, moving boldly toward a future where competency-based education replaces one-size-fits-all learning. Relevance drives engagement—learning should be joyful, authentic, and connected to life. This commitment doesn't stop with students. We extend these beliefs to every employee, creating a workplace where innovation, development, and excellence are supported every step of the way. Equity and Inclusion at the Core Eureka City Schools is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. We believe that a diverse staff helps all learners thrive.
