This full-time role offers a blend of onsite and potential hybrid flexibility, giving you the autonomy to reach students in the most effective way possible. You will work alongside dedicated educators and professionals focused on fostering student success within an engaging school environment. Qualifications & Desired Experience Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Skilled in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and language disorders in a school setting Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families Flexible and eager to adapt to varying caseload needs Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress Document services, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings Engage proactively in ongoing professional development Contribute positively to the school community through effective teamwork What Awaits You Contract position with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, August 2026 to June 2027 Hybrid/onsite flexibility can be explored to best fit your work-life balance needs Opportunity to impact student outcomes in a supportive educational environment Chance to expand your skills through multi-grade caseload exposure Take this rewarding contract role and contribute to meaningful student growth over the academic year.
