Pediatric Speech Therapist in Fontana, CA

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school district in Fontana, CA, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team under a full-time contract position. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work directly with students in a school setting, providing essential speech and language services to support their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for school-aged children. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support efforts.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid SLP certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence). Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings. Proficiency in delivering speech therapy services onsite (no virtual/teletherapy). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and colleagues. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care.
