As a Speech-Language Pathologist serving schools near Fontana, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to provide creative, individualized interventions for diverse learners. Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered Recent experience providing therapy in school settings strongly desired Proficiency with assessments, IEP development, and progress reporting Compassionate communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs Familiarity with assistive technology and digital documentation systems is a plus
What You'll Do:
Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to students across grade levels Administer evaluations to determine student strengths and areas of need Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case planning Engage families and caregivers in the therapy process and provide relevant resources Maintain organized and timely records for caseload management and compliance Foster a supportive, encouraging space where students are motivated to grow You will find fulfillment in building strong connections with students and school communities.
