Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding school-based opportunity as a full-time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference for students across elementary and middle school settings. Work within an inclusive, supportive educational environment close to Fontana, CA, and be a vital part of helping each child reach their fullest communication potential. This contract position offers a consistent 37.5-hour work week, working directly with a manageable caseload of 55 students. The position runs from August 6 through May 27, aligning with the academic calendar, so you can enjoy structured work-life balance.
Qualifications:
Hold an active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred Bilingual Spanish/English required Must have completed Clinical Fellowship (CFs not accepted at this time) Comfortable serving both elementary and middle school populations Previous work with diverse student groups a plus
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality speech-language assessments, therapy, and consultative services to students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families Monitor and document student progress, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Attend and participate in IEP meetings as required Maintain accurate records and timely reporting This is an excellent opportunity to build your experience in a vibrant school community, supporting language growth and communication skills in children who need it most.
