Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the flexibility of a contract position. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional with SLP-CCC credentials to apply expertise in assessment, intervention, and collaboration within a rewarding school-based environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid and active SLP-CCC certification Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure or eligibility Prior experience in a K-12 setting, including IEP development Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff Adaptable, resourceful approach to serving diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings Track progress, maintain accurate records, and document interventions Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize student success Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements Imagine making a tangible difference for students, helping them build essential communication skills that set the foundation for lifelong learning.
