We specialize in providing services for early intervention and school-aged children, but work with people of all ages. Expectations:
Fully supervise CFY's or SLPA's in the early intervention setting/clinic setting. Administer speech and language assessments using both qualitative and quantitative measures. Accurately diagnose various speech and language disorders Develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor an individual's treatment plan Review and update the treatment plan based on client need and agency requirements. Review and revise in a timely, accurate, and appropriate documentation on a daily basis including SOAP notes for supervisees for every speech therapy session. Communicate effectively with families and staff Maintain professionalism when representing Speech Therapy Link Requirements for
Employment:
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology (Required) Current CA SLP License (required) In-Person Only (Required) Drivers License Bilingual is a plus (any language) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in providing supervision for CFs and/or SLPAs is a plus Self starter and fast learner Excellent time management skills Clear background check
