Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an impactful contract role supporting students' communication and language growth across all grade levels. This opportunity is designed for a Speech Language Pathologist, including SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates, who are passionate about fostering student achievement in an educational environment. You'll provide services from preschool through post-secondary, offering essential support during the summer session. The position runs from June 15 to July 16, with a flexible 20-hour workweek (five hours per day over four days). Your caseload will consist of approximately 60 students, allowing you to build meaningful connections and deliver tailored interventions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Prior experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred Strong assessment, therapy planning, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
