Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Student Communication & Intervention Specialist (2026/2027 School Year) A school district in the Gilroy, CA area is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about supporting student communication development and working in a collaborative, student-focused educational setting. Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students across grade levels Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals based on student needs Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings Support students with articulation, language processing, fluency, and social communication skills Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success Maintain documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with district requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and placement decisionsExperience:
School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in team-based environments CFY candidates and new graduates encouraged to applyEducation:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active California Speech Language Pathologist License requiredEmployment Type:
