We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill openings working with youth from early childhood to middle school. One opportunity involves serving as a Speech-Language Pathologist for rural schools, traveling to different sites and supporting students from transitional kindergarten through 8th grade. The other focuses on providing services to preschool-aged children (3-5 years) at a single school location. Both positions offer a manageable caseload of 35-45 students, allowing you to provide meaningful, individualized interventions. What you'll need to succeed: Current Speech-Language Pathology license and fulfillment of all state-specific requirements Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience (or strong interest) working with school-aged children or preschoolers Ability to adapt therapy and assessments to diverse needs, including language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatics Excellent communication and documentation skills Flexibility to travel between school sites (for the rural SLP role) Passion for fostering growth, communication, and confidence in young learners Your daily responsibilities will include: Completing speech and language assessments and evaluations Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Delivering direct and consultative therapy in both small group and individual settings Collaborating with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams Maintaining thorough records and case notes Imagine the impact your knowledge and compassion can have in these fulfilling school-based roles.
