Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a collaborative school environment near Gilroy, CA, and help shape brighter futures as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year! This full-time contract position offers an engaging blend of elementary-level caseloads and opportunities to support both RSP (Resource Specialist Program) and SDC (Special Day Class) students—all at a single site, minimizing travel and allowing you to focus on what matters most: your students. You'll benefit from a balanced workday, with hours set from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, ensuring consistency and time for both meaningful sessions with students and essential collaboration with staff. The assignment runs from August 19, 2026, through June 11, 2027, offering a full academic year of rewarding professional experience.
Qualifications/Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license or eligibility in California Prior experience working with elementary school populations Familiarity with a range of communication and language disorders Experience with RSP and SDC caseloads preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
